Our ice cream is made from fresh, local dairy and fruit picked at peak ripeness. We make several seasonal flavors, all made in the kitchen at our Willow Spring location. Our strawberry ice cream is made from the juiciest and sweetest strawberries picked straight from our fields and our baked goods are made locally.

The dairy for our naturally organic ice cream is provided by our friends at Jackson Dairy Farm in Dunn, a family-owned dairy farm since 1806. Jackson Dairy Farm keeps happy cows, treated with kindness and respect. Cows are fed the finest grain and graze on grass from organic fields.
